Each plan has a fixed amount of room, and every number is a real limit. Nothing is "unlimited".
- Storage. Disk space for everything in the account: site files, databases and email.
- Monthly transfer. The data that moves in and out of your account in a month, mostly pages and images sent to visitors. It starts again each month.
- Sites. How many separate websites the account can hold. Extra sites are called add-on domains.
- Subdomains. Addresses in front of your domain, such as shop.yourdomain.com.
- Parked domains. Extra domain names that show the same site. cPanel calls these aliases.
- Databases. A WordPress site uses one.
- Mailboxes. Email addresses at your domain.
What each plan includes
- Starter. 5 GB storage, 250 GB transfer, 1 site, 3 subdomains, 3 parked domains, 5 databases, 10 mailboxes.
- Business. 20 GB storage, 500 GB transfer, 4 sites, 10 subdomains, 5 parked domains, 10 databases, 25 mailboxes.
- Professional. 50 GB storage, 1 TB transfer, 11 sites, 20 subdomains, 10 parked domains, 25 databases, 50 mailboxes.
To see what you are using, log in to cPanel. The Statistics panel on its main page shows your disk use, your transfer for the month, and how many mailboxes and databases you have.
