Sign in to the client area, open your hosting plan and click Log in to cPanel. You are taken straight in, with no second password to type.
- Sign in to the client area.
- Go to Services, then My Services.
- Click your hosting plan.
- Click Log in to cPanel.
cPanel is the control panel for your hosting account. It is where you create email addresses, add domains and subdomains, manage files and databases, and see how much of your plan you are using. You do not need it for day-to-day work on a WordPress site. That happens in WordPress itself.
If the button is missing or does not work
- Check that the plan shows as Active. A plan that is still Pending has not been set up yet, usually because its first invoice is unpaid.
- A Suspended plan has an overdue invoice. See When is my invoice due, and what happens if I pay late?
- If nothing opens when you click, allow pop-ups for hosting.upatlast.com in your browser and try again.
If it still does not work, open a ticket.
