Yearly costs less: you pay ten months' price for twelve months. Monthly costs a little more over the year and lets you pay as you go.
- Starter. $15 a month, or $150 a year. Yearly saves $30.
- Business. $25 a month, or $250 a year. Yearly saves $50.
- Professional. $50 a month, or $500 a year. Yearly saves $100.
There is no setup fee either way, and no introductory rate that goes up at renewal. The plan itself is identical: same server, same backups, same support.
Pick monthly if you are trying things out or prefer the smaller payment. Pick yearly if you know the site is staying and you would rather deal with one invoice a year.
You choose the billing period when you order. To switch a plan you already have from monthly to yearly, or back, open a ticket and ask.
