Add the new card under Payment Methods in the client area, make it the default, then remove the old one.
- Sign in to the client area.
- Open the menu with your name at the top right and choose Payment Methods.
- Choose Add New Credit Card and enter the card details.
- Next to the new card, choose Set As Default.
- Delete the old card if you no longer want it on file.
Card payments are handled by Stripe, our card processor.
Changing how one invoice is paid
Each unpaid invoice shows its payment method. Open the invoice from My Invoices and use the payment method list on it to switch that invoice between card and Mail In Payment.
If your card is about to expire
Add the replacement before your next invoice is due, so the invoice is not left unpaid. A service that is still unpaid five days after its due date is suspended. See When is my invoice due, and what happens if I pay late?
