Go to your own web address with /wp-admin on the end, for example yourdomain.com/wp-admin, and sign in with your WordPress username and password.
This login belongs to your website. It is separate from your client area login and from cPanel, and changing one does not change the others.
If you forgot your WordPress password
- On the WordPress login page, choose the "Lost your password?" link.
- Enter your WordPress username or email address.
- Follow the link in the email WordPress sends you and set a new password.
The reset email goes to the address saved on your WordPress user, which may not be the one on your hosting account. Check your spam folder if it does not show up.
If you still cannot get in
Open a ticket and tell us the site address and the username you are trying.
If your domain does not point at your hosting account yet, yourdomain.com/wp-admin opens the old site, or nothing at all. See How do I point my domain at my hosting account?
